Ice - 6 - 8 cubes
Curd - 400 grams
Rose petals - 10 grams
Sugar - 35 grams
Rose water - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with rose petals.
3. Serve.

Caramel Espresso Lassi
Servings - 2
INGREDIENTS
Ice - 6 - 8 cubes
Greek yogurt - 100 grams
Espresso - 100 milliliters
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Maple syrup - 60 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with walnuts.
3. Serve.

Chocolate Lassi

Melted dark chocolate - 100 grams
Nutella - 40 grams
Powdered brown sugar - 20 grams
