Clone of a Cinnabon

Ingredients:

1- 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2- 2 eggs, room temperature

3- 1/3 cup margarine, melted4

4- 1/2 cups bread flour

5- 1 teaspoon salt

6- 1/2 cup white sugar

7- 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

8- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

9- 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

10- 1/3 cup butter, softened

11- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

12- 1/4 cup butter, softened

13- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

14- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

15- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.

2- After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.

3- Roll dough into a 16x21-inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

4- Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Cookie Cream Poke Cake


Servings - 4 - 5

INGREDIENTS All purpose flour - 200 grams Coffee - 10 grams Cocoa powder - 50 grams Baking soda - 1 teaspoon Eggs - 4 Powdered sugar - 120 grams Powdered brown sugar - 150 grams Butter - 150 milliliters Melted dark chocolate - 150 grams Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon Milk - 200 milliliters Cream cheese - 300 grams Whipped cream - 150 grams Crushed oreo cookies - 100 grams Condensed milk - 400 milliliters Crushed oreo cookies

PREPARATION 1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 10 grams coffee, 50 grams cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda and mix it well. Keep aside. 2. In a another mixing bowl, add 4 eggs and whisk it well. 3. Then, add 120 grams powdered sugar, 150 grams powdered brown sugar and mix it well. 4. Add 150 milliliters butter and mix it again. 5. Now, add 150 grams melted dark chocolate, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well. 6. Then, add the prepared flour mixture and mix it well. 7. Now, add 200 milliliters milk and mix it again to make a thick batter. 8. Transfer this mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. 9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 45 minutes. 10. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams cream cheese, 150 grams whipped cream, 100 grams crushed oreo cookies and mix it well. 11. Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke at least 3 rows of 5 holes in the cooked cake, making 15 holes total. 12. Pour 400 milliliters condensed milk over the cake. 13. Add the prepared frosting on it and spread it evenly. 14. Sprinkle crushed oreo biscuits over it. 15. Refrigerate for 3 hours. 16. Cut it into slices. 17. Serve.

Recipe from Australia Brownie_pops Ingredients For the batter 2 cups of refined flour ½ cup cocoa powder 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 150 gm butter ½ cup sugar 1 cup milk 100 gm Cadbury dairy milk spready 1 cup of milk Other ingredients 150 gm Cadbury dairy milk spready ¼ cup melted white chocolate 10-12 paper straws Edible silver balls ( for garnish)

Method 1) Take the dry ingredients flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl & mix well 2) Now in another bowl cream the butter n sugar till the sugar has dissolved add 1 cup on milk & mix again, then add the flour mix & mix till combined, add another cup of milk & mix to a smooth batter 3) Pour the batter into a mould & bake at 160c for 30-45 minutes. 4) Once baked remove & cool for 1 hour. 5) Once the brownies have cooled, spread the top with Cadbury spready & draw lines of white chocolate. Using a toothpick run lines along the brownies to the effect. 6) Cut into squares & sprinkle with the edible sugar balls, skewer them with the paper straws 7) Serve and plate as shown
